Cancel my order / Change delivery address

If you have already made the payment, you can cancel the order or change the delivery address as long as it has not started to be prepared. To do this, contact us as quickly as possible through the contact form. It is only possible to cancel an order the first 24 hours after placing it.

If the order has already been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled nor can we make changes to the delivery address. Therefore we cannot guarantee that this can be modified at the time you contact us. Write to us as soon as possible to try to find a solution.
