¿DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY? HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING? HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Shipping time varies depending on the country of destination:

• Spain - 14 to 20 business days
• France - 14 to 20 business day
• United Kingdom - 14 to 20 business day
• Poland - 14 to 20 business day
• Belgium - 16 to 22 business day
• Netherlands - 18 to 24 business days 
• Italy - from 14 to 20 business days
• Germany - 16 to 22 business days
• Portugal - 25 to 30 business days
• Mexico - 30 to 40 business days

The shipping company will deliver the package to your address a maximum of two times. If they cannot deliver it, the customer will be informed by email that they have a period of 10-15 days to go to their local office to pick up the order. For this, we only need your name and the order number that was sent to you by email. If after 15 days the order has not been claimed by the customer, Applesphera is not responsible for the status of the shipment (not even in Premium shipments), and it must be the customer who manages with the shipping company how to recover it, if possible.

No return or refund possible due to waiting days.

The shipment takes between 1 and 4 business days to be processed. During this time it is possible to make changes to the delivery address. Once the shipment has been processed, the customer will receive an email indicating the tracking number of their order. For more information, visit the section "Track my order".

SHIPPING GUARANTEE

Standard Shipping: It is a free shipping method, and Applesphera is not responsible for what happens to the package once it is delivered to the shipping company (no delivery guarantee).

Premium Shipping; It costs €3.99, and covers all the problems that may arise from the time the product leaves the warehouse until it reaches the buyer.

It is very important that the shipping address is correct. Make sure to add the portal number and flat / house. Applesphera is not responsible for the order once it has been shipped if the address is incorrect
