Track my order

Your order will be processed within 1-4 business days. You will then receive an email with your tracking number (we recommend checking your spam folder if you haven't received it). When you have it, you will be able to see the status of your order on the GLS website, or at the national transport company, among others (Correos in Spain, La Poste in France, Poste Italiane in Italy).
NOTE: From the time you receive the tracking number in your email until the information is available on the tracking platform, it may take a few days, since the parcel company must link the number with the order so that all the information appears, and this it takes a while; If when you search for your order it does not appear, try again a few days later.
